Northern Colorado Real Estate – a great place to call HOME!  The area in our state known collectively as Northern Colorado is comprised of 3 counties:  northern Weld, northern Boulder and all of Larimer county.  Home to over 500,000 people, Northern Colorado is most densely populated along the north south corridors of U.S. Highway 287, Interstate Highway 25 and U.S. Highway 85 which run parallel to the terminus of the Great Plains – the upturned peaks of the Rocky Mountain Front Range.

More sparsely populated than the Denver Metropolitan area, Northern Colorado enjoys a diverse economic base founded on agriculture, post-secondary education, energy exploration, high-tech development/manufacturing , and an emerging concentration of world-class healthcare centers.

There is access to thousands of acres of both national, state, and Northern Colorado Real Estatemunicipal forests and parks, Northern Colorado is a mecca for those interested in an active outdoor lifestyle.  Cycling, hiking, hunting, fishing, skiing, snow-shoeing and just about any other outdoor activity is easily accessed from any of these communities.  Fort Collins, for example maintains over 600 acres of parks, 40,000 acres of natural areas with over 280 miles of cycle-friendly bike lanes on city streets and over 30 miles of paved trails accommodating cyclists, pedestrians, and equestrians!  With a wide variety of rural, suburban and small town living, there’s truly something for everyone’s taste when it comes to Northern Colorado real estate offerings.  Boulder and Fort Collins are the two most populous cities and boast the two largest Universities; University of Colorado and Colorado State University, respectively.  These communities enjoy a vibrant mix of single family homes, multi-family condos/townhomes, as well as small acreages and estate-style lots with unstoppable views of Long’s Peak and the Rocky Mountains.
